Titan Steel operates TSC Logistics to offer customers a wide range of third-party logistics services for raw, semi-finished and finished metal products. We have 65 years of experience handling international metal logistics and can offer a full suite of services. TSC Logistics will enhance customers’ competitiveness and growth opportunities by providing superior solutions and services in a cost effective manner.

TSC Logistics is a registered international freight forwarder with assets in place to help process and move your material. As requested by our customers, we can provide a wide range of services to streamline international supply chains. Our services include:

• Advising on importing and exporting including freight providers, ports of loading and discharge, consular fees, special documentation, insurance costs and freight handling
• Preparing and filing required export documentation such as the bill of lading and routing appropriate documents to the seller, the buyer or a paying bank
• Advising on the most appropriate mode of cargo transport and making arrangements to pack and load the cargo
• Reserving the necessary cargo space on a vessel, train or truck
• Making arrangements with overseas customs brokers to ensure that the goods and documents comply with customs regulations

In addition, Titan Steel operates two full-service, climate-controlled, ISO 9001:2008 certified warehouses, and have partnerships with a number of others around the world. We can help manage your fluctuating space requirements, product overflow and safety stock.

Transportation

TSC Logistics is a registered freight forwarder. We use an extensive network of contract carriers to provide transportation solutions including inter-modal freight. Our long-term freight contracts enable us to ship at very low costs and pass savings to our customers.

Documentation & 3PL

So that transactions are completed without incident, TSC Logistics can manage all required import and export documentation, including: (i) bills of lading, (ii) customized packing lists and labels, (iii) certificates of origin, (iv) customs clearances, (v) dock receipts, (vi) export bookings, (vii) SED filings with US Customs and (viii) overages, shortages and damages reports.

Our third party logistics (3PL) practice offers logistics strategy/optimization and freight forwarding, as well as the accompanying documentation. We analyze customer’s needs to design and execute an effective supply chain strategy in the changing international environment. Our services allow customers to meet all their requirements, while using low cost providers.
