Coil Processing Equipment:
- Two high speed Littell tinmill sheeting lines equipped with ultraviolet sensors to detect and reject pinholes, and automatic gauging devices to detect and reject unacceptable thickness in sheeted product. These lines cut straight and scroll sheets with length tolerances of ± 0.007 inches (± 0.18mm). Our Littell sheeting lines also have in-line edge trimming capability featuring width tolerance of ± 0.007 inches (±0.18mm).
- One Iowa Precision Industries sheeting line, maximum coil weight 20,000 lbs (9,072 kg), maximum inbound coil width 48 inches (1,219 mm), thickness range 0.006-0.025 inches (0.15-0.63 mm). Maximum outbound cut sheet length 144 inches (3,657 mm).
